Lift Care Services operates local workshop facilities in Brisbane and Sydney to conduct comprehensive major services and inspections. These conveniently situated facilities ensure rapid response times. We dedicate ourselves to exceeding expectations in the quality of service we provide to our customers.

This begins with our speciality technicians. Our technicians are the cornerstone of our services. Each holds appropriate licenses and undergoes training in equipment maintenance within their specialised field. We exclusively recruit technicians with significant prior industry experience for these pivotal roles. In essence, Lift Care offers a team of specialised technicians who excel in equipment maintenance, rather than generic technicians providing routine service.

Lift Care Services utilises the state-of-the-art simPRO CMMS data system. This system is a cloud based secure network that has live data feed from all of our technicians to our head office and direct to your Customer Portal. You can access live data on equipment maintenance schedules, bookings, pictures, quotes, work in progress, and historical records. Our administrative team uses this information for real-time monitoring, scheduling services, inspections, and live GPS tracking. Our techs can achieve optimum efficiencies in your equipment needs and customer support.
